Rwanda Energy Ltd was founded in 2013 by Parfait Mugiraneza Ntambiyindekwe — an expert in energy management, renewable energy and the energy performance of buildings.

After more than 15 years practicing across the European continent — including heading European energy companies operating in Africa — he built Rwanda Energy around one idea: reliable, sustainable energy solutions adapted to local context.
